Tag #27
On two panels of white cardstock, blend picked raspberry Distress Oxide and let dry. Using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink stamp the female image (Toybox) and on the other panel stamp the script. Cut the image into rectangles and then cut the script panel into rectangles slightly bigger than the person image rectangles. Emphasis all the edges with Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink. Adhere fun foam to the back of each rectangle and then adhere them into three stacks. Adhere the stacks to the tag.

The pigeons are a kit from the Molalla Public Library. To create the pigeon, fold the decorative paper and cut out the bird image making sure the back is along the fold. Write a secret inside the pigeons. Bind the legs of the birds with black decorative paper. Glue the bindings. Create the eye with a black Posca Pen and the sparkle of life with a white Posca Pen.
Adhere a paper towel used to clean up acrylic paint to a chipboard tag. Adhere pigeons to the tag.

On a black tag, adhere vintage music paper. Cut an image into one-inch squares and adhere them onto the tag with a small border around each piece. This is a technique of Paper Mosiac. Adhere the Tim Holtz Sticker.

Journal from the Canby Public Library
I created this journal from a kit provided by the Canby Public Library.
I started with a composition notebook cover with several different pieces of decorative paper. Adhere lace along the binding. Adhere the number die-cuts. Adhere the die-cut flowers. Thread embroidery floss through a button and adhere to the center of the flower. I choose not to put tabs for the month because when I journal I am not that orderly.
